Queen Mathilde of Belgium visited the Centrum Molenmoes in Rotselaar and De Switch in Holsbeek, a part of two visits for De Wissel on Thursday 16 March 2017. De Wissel, established in 1981, is a Special Youth Care organisation that accompanies youngsters. Centrum Molenmoes is a regular school system. The centre works with the Rizsas programme that offers youngsters an alternative occupation during the day

  1. She looks nice, but again the dress seems very high waisted which seems to make her proportions look odd.
