    1. Boring, common LAZY middleton is loss, lack royal protocol, tradition and duties, refuse to integrate with the RF, learn and work for HM Prince Charles and the people charities.

    2. I would think by now she would have the order.

    3. she has a family to raise, that is why she is not working. Where is Camilla? She is the next in line with Charles, why the pressure on Kate and Wills?

    4. Almost five years of marriage (14 years together), and do not have a Royalty look especially, in a tiara and red.

She do not deserve the Order, she is away from the BRF, no service, duties to the Queen, the people (remain with middletons).

  7. The problem with wearing red is that it is the Main colour of communism. And we all know the violations of human rights in this "communistic" nations China and North Korea, so wearing a red dress to this occasion isn´t the best choice of all.

    1. Yep. However I'm not sure if this is tyhe best hairstyle for that tiara. Maybe it wpuld be better for me more simetrical

Besides, she looks diferentes somehow. I can't explain but she is.

And onde braceletes in each arm? I don't like it at all. She could wear a necklace (if the dress nas a DIF ) instead of onde of thebracelts.
The Drees is good. I like it

  9. Does the queen remove her gloves when she eats? I'm not crazy about Kate's gown, & she could have worn some discreet jewellery. The queen, on the other hand, is wearing too much of it I think.

  10. The tiara is amazing but It's missing a woman with personality wearing it.

  11. Perfect and very pretty, as always.

  12. In this kind of occasion I really miss Diana. She knows how to wear and give an extra glit to a tiara. DK is OK, but I feel some lack of personality or self confidence. Hope she can get some for her own sake, and for the Institution she represents. In 4 years by now she must learn something more than smile at the crowd.
In other hand, William looks stunning.

    1. Well said of Diana (POW).

William looks grumpy for such a formal event.

    2. Kate is blessed with natural beauty she doesn't need to be made up she's wholesome. Her natural beauty shines through. If Mary were to stand beside Kate she would look like her domestic attendant.

    3. Mary has style, charisma and work ethic. Kate doesn't. Yes Kate is beautiful but with her dull personality and laziness just say it as it is, she doesn't mesure up to any royal ladies. Just a Kind of doll.

  13. I think the Queen should wear all the jewelry she wants. She is the Queen of England after all!

  14. How does she manage to look so bland and unimpressive with those outfits? The dress is great, the jewelery exiquite and you put Kate's head and personality and everything goes off. This young lady is hopeless.

    1. Agreed. It's so sad she looks completely uninterested.
And the make up is not good also.

    3. the photos of her at the banquet table are out of context, they are cropped. In better photos she is sitting listening to a speech, or a toast, one can see speakers at the main table standing and speaking, Kate is listening which is proper. To laugh, be smiling for the photographer or appear distracted and not listen would be disrespect. The woman is worn out, Camilla and Charles should be doing these proper dinners, why expect everything from Kate?

  19. Finally a tiara! Nice dress, nice hair, but awful makeup, she should change her makeup in some ocasions, not always wear the same, it is sometimes too heavy.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Why does the hairdresser hide this beautiful face with that hairstyle? "Oh, we forgot, there should be a tiara as well. Ok here it is" No, just have a look at Her Majesty.. She knows how to show her face. Lovely ladies.

  21. Red is also the color of love in china. Brides often wears red, so I do not see a problem here.

  22. Kate looks board , she is not enjoying the event as I can see in the pictures !

  23. Has no personality? Huh? Needs to do more than smile? Huh? You did see her talking to the people around her, right? She is a very intelligent person and does her homework. Not working? In four years she has had two babies, decorated and moved into two homes, gone on three royal tours, and is making a stand for mental health. Please giver her a break and don't expect her to be like Diana or anyone else but herself. Most of all she is devoted to William which is priceless!

    1. Yeah she raise two kids. So did my mother. The difference? My mother didn't have nannys and i-don't-know-how-many maids and my mother worked every day a full time job. She doesn't!
She moved twice? Well, i can't imagine her to carry a box heavy and full of stuff. I'm sure the workers did all that job!!!
Two royal tours? Wow thatmust be hrd!
You forget to mention the weeks in Mustique! Too tiring
So stop saying that she looks tired because she works a lot and has two children!

However I agree she looks sad. In some pics her eyes have the same saddness we saw on Diana

    2. Giving birth and moving into a house is not a job. There are many royal ladies who work much more. Mary has four children, Mathilde also, Victoria is pregnant and works much more than Catherine, Letizia works a lot (I do not like her but I admitt she is better than Kate)... Kate is just a doll in the window...

    3. But since we discuss fashion here, I must add I like her hairstyle this time, and the jewelery is nice too. Perhaps this red dress ia not the best choice.

    6. Why take her to some silly dinner when it's Camilla's place? If I were sitting there I would be missing Diana. Let Kate take care of her family, that's what Diana did.

  24. Hah...it was William and Kate to sit at Queen's table :) not Charles and Camilla :)

    1. Because Charles and Camilla had another engagement and they were not at this banquet.

    2. This is the official version. But in fact Charles is close with the dalai lama and has never wanted to have anythung to do with China and its gouvernement. And I like him for that.

  25. Glad to see the Duchess finally out and about, a smile would do wonders though!

  26. i didn't like the 2 bracelets . too much for one dress. the dress is beautiful but deja vu. make up is not good. she should use Letizia's hairdresser and make up artist. he does miracles on letizia though i love kate much more.
i dont know. Kate turned out to be dull in her choice of clothes. She can be more stylish with all those designers names.

  27. What is the rule for evening gloves? Her Majesty is wearing them, the First Lady of China is carrying them, but I see none with Catherine. What about the other ladies in tiaras? Just curious in case I'm invited to the next one!

    1. The young royals have discarded this old rule. And thanks for that. We only see the old generation using them. And they use to carry them in their hand instead of wearing them have we seen recently.

  28. Why does she need a parade every time she appears and does what is expected? Why should I jump up and down because she attended a state banquet which she is supposed to do?

    4. Kate doesn't need to work like Mary in order to try to prove herself...Kate is in a league all of her own. A more pampered Princess with a higher station and status that's the difference. Don't compare apples with oranges.

    5. Really, check your facts!

  29. c'est fou comme Kate a l'air d'être contente de participer à ce banquet ! on la voit mal à l'aise et surtout de s'ennuyer comme jadis Diana à certaines occasions

  30. Duchess Catherine needs to build up her self confidence. she needs to practice her manner of walking, holding her clutch, and posture, she needs to have a glam squad for her make up and style.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Strange that nobody has commented on the lavishly adorned pearl dress of Queen Elizabeth. She, after all, is the main person at this event and Catherine was playing a minor role. The Queen's clothing choices are very creative, I think.
