The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall visited Clapham Old Town in order to celebrate the reopening of local high streets after the lockdown. In the town, the couple first visited Trinity London restaurant, who are celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, of which the Prince is Patron. Afterwards, they visited the Omnibus Theatre, Birksen Florist, Prince of Wales pub, Rex & Wolfe pet supplies and a traditional barber shop.
Wow, Camilla steps out of her comfort zone! The pattern makes me dizzy, but it's definitely fresh and spring-like. Plus, she chose pumps instead of the boots.
ReplyDeleteThumbs up from me!
I agree completely!

At last, a winner for Camilla.
DeleteAnother positive vote here. On all counts. 👍
ReplyDeleteThe Duchess's dress is perfect for her (and would be a good choice for Queen Mathilde). The tucks (or pleats) of the bodice which continue to the skirt create a slightly flared hem that is very flattering. Her nude pumps and handbag complete the very attractive look. I find the Prince's pink shirt an interesting choice.
ReplyDeleteCamilla's masks have been fantastic.
ReplyDeleteThis is a fantastic choice for Camilla. The cut of the dress is very flattering, and the print youthful. Well done! And Prince Charles with his pink shirt, so fashion forward ;), he looks great, a breath of summer air.

Agree about Charles' pink shirt, didn't see that before. Very nice indeed!
DeleteThis is a really nice dress. It is looks more modern and fresh than what she usually wears, and looks more flattering. So much of what she wears makes her look bottom heavy (to my eye), and this does the opposite. I love that she is wearing nude shoes. This whole look is very light and she looks ready for spring. ~d
ReplyDeleteShe finally got rid of the boots! The pattern of the dress covers up the lack of supportive undergarments that make her look saggy. jj
ReplyDeleteHurray! Finally a flattering, comfortable and spring-like outfit for D. Camilla. Her choices in Ireland were so drab, they made her look very tired indeed. What a difference a fresh outfit can make. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteCamilla looks great as does Charles. Cheers.
