    1. Not crazy about the hat but, hey, this is Ascot - it's pretty tame compared to some

  2. She looks very good. I love those Kiki McDonough earrings myself.

  3. Pretty dress! After seeing Zara Tindalls dress from yesterday I'm still in need for some professional help. Just saying OMG!!!! Looks like something we put on in the dark completely drunk out of our scull 😂

    1. OMG is right - what a horror - and she looks frumpy and fifty instead of 35.

    2. Oh, dear, she looks as silly as Charlotte Casiraghi and Tatiana Santo Domingo at that Gucci show in Westminster Abbey.

    3. Lizzie who is 35? If you are referring to the Duchess she is 34. Both you and K Hass really don't have any insight in fashion. The Duchess was dress for Ascot and she looked stunning. The dress fits the occasion.

    4. Anna-Mari: we're zara talking about Tindall dress as you can see. She is born in 1981 which will make her 35 😉

    5. Okay, sorry Louise!

  4. Fresh, summer look, stylish and stunning. Well done Duchess Cambridge. Hair and hat very chic.

  5. But there isn't another hairstyle for the duchess? Always just that kind of bun

    1. It is not a bun. A bun is what Princess Victoria is wearing. The Duchess hair is every time different and is done with creativity in mind. Suites her personality and just add to her stunning looks.

    2. It seems to me however that the duchess has always two kinds of hair style : either collected as at Ascot , or loose .on the shoulders.

    3. Silvie it is how or the way it is collected that make the difference. The hair is not pulled back tight (See Princess Victoria)- there is lift in the hair before collected - that creates creativity.

  6. The Duchess looks so good with this kind of softer updoes (nice change for her big curly hair). I'm usually not fan of lacy dresses but this D&G looks gorgeous and her hat/facinator gives some edginess to her otherwise romantic dress. Ok, its kinda bridal look but very elegant and beautiful **Thumbs up!**

  7. She looks a little bit like a bride and thinking of the horrible price of that dress, I have to say it reminds me of my Mum's curtains. She can do better.-
Everything Ascot still reminds me of "My Fair Lady" and Audrey Hepburn's outcry!
