  1. I miss a jackett or a coat.

  2. I don't see a very tight, figure hugging nude/flesh coloured dress appropriate for a church service, especially when meeting an orthodox patriarch. It is quite classless, in fact. Why the need to be sexy at a church service?

    1. Because she lacks something called class. She is clueless, hopefully she will learn as time goes by. Remember she is a princess in name only..

  3. She's not a princess...how can you go dressed in this way at a church service?

    1. Neither are Mary, Maxima, Letizia,Kate, Marie, Silvia,Mette, Sonja and so on.. all are normal girls who have married in to the job. So give her a break! Nothing wrong with the dress. If Victoria came in it u would be all over the place with superlatives.

    2. Victoria would not dream of wearing this dress.

  4. She looks like Kim Kardashian in that dress! Really, really bad choice. I don't know what she tried to achieve. Kim is not a person you want to look up to..

  5. It's a tan, long sleeved, turtleneck sheath dress. It's hardly "sexy". I think she looks nice. Some people will never accept her no matter what she does. Such a shame.

  6. Sofia, apprend son rôle de princesse, jusqu'ici elle n'avait pas fait de faux-pas. Là aujourd'hui il y a un grain de sable dans l'engrenage; sa robe n'est pas appropriée pour l'occasion surtout dans une église.

  7. What's wrong with her dress? It's very suitable at this occasion. You must be very oldfashion ladies or simply jealous. She is sexy in every outfit, just live with it.

    1. Maybe you are an old jealous lady so you think everyone else is? This outfit is bad, she's not perfect, deal with it, honey.

    2. September 22, 2015 at 10:33 PM - Are you the same person who is always accusing anyone who criticizes dear Sofia as being jealous? Jealous?? Who on earth is jealous of Sofia. She is a princess in name only who has a long way to go in her choices. She covered up for church but chose a very tight-fitting dress, at least she tried.

    3. Oh dear, this was the first and the last time I wrote hier. Of course everyone has her/his own opinion, but I can't understand the hate between the lines . Have a nice time and life. I will concentraine to help refugees.

  8. A coat would have been a good addition but she does look ok. She covered herself to her neck, wrists and past the knees (more than some Duchesses do) which shows she is on the right path. She will learn over time.

  9. I don't like this dress.

  10. The dress is not her best effort, but she does not look like a Kardashian. Let's hope the Queen and her daughters offer gentle guidance on appropriate outfits for specific events and occassions.

    1. Really? Thats the EXACT dress Kim Kardashian would wear. Obviously you don't follow fashion enough.

  11. Give her a break , Sofia is trying to fit in with her new family and way of life , and probably doesn't have a stylist .
She resembles her mother- in-law in my opinion .

  12. Princess Sofia will learn to be elegant...

  13. HRH Princess Sofia is an elegant, hardworking, beautiful young lady. She will make an amazing wife and a mother. A huge asset to SRF. Past is past. We all have a past. However, the forbidden subject a wanna be Mary is praised for her falseness, spending, money she never earned etc.... Please you can't compare HRH Lady Sofia of Sweden with a wanna but not quite able to be!

    1. Why are you talking about Mary? I don't like her either, but how can you know Sofia won't be like her? I don't think you control their finances...

    2. As far as I know she has not worn the same dress twice yet. She has a closet full of evening gowns. Wait until the Nobel festivities, she will bring out something new to outshine the real royal ladies. The one she wore last year was awful, Hollywood starlet type. I do not know her, however, cannot warm up to her. She is like Mary, both keep their noses up and put on airs.

  15. Je ne vois pas de problèmes avec la tenue de la princesse Sophia. Elle est toute en sobriété. Elle apprend graduellement à accomplir les tâches qui lui sont assignées et ma foi, elle semble bien très bien s'en tirer.

  16. ya people need to stop with all the jealousness on sofia, she is doing a goodjob of representing sweden so far unlike that UK duchess kate middleton being in the firm for 14 years but she is still flashing her body parts and not working viva sofia!!

  17. I am not usually a fan of "ombre" hair colouring, but on Sofia it looks lovely. The colour is very flattering and elegant. I think her hair looks beautiful.

I think her new hairstyle beautifully accentuates her simple, subtle outfit, which is very elegant, understated, but simply lovely.

I can only applaud Sophia, she is working hard, attending quite a lot of events in her new role as a princess. I love the way she is experimenting with styles and colour to find out what is right for her, and today I think she got everything right, she looks lovely. Perfect.

    2. Yes, I agree, as a minor royal, she's certainly working very hard indeed and it's lovely to see her fulfilling her role quite regularly since her wedding.

    3. Ombre hair is no longer a trend. She is late.

    4. It is funny that in every post about Sofia someone mentiones Kate and Mary and compare them. That's how the majority of fights start. Really interesting to read!

    6. "AnonymousSeptember 24, 2015 at 12:38 AM". Being a prince or princess may look easy, and it might be easy. It could be a bright and breazy carefree lifestyle full of luxury and fun, but on the other hand it could also be a life full of formal duties, protocol, attending boring events which ou would rather not attend. I may also be horrible living your life is the public gaze where everyone feels they have the right to freely comment on what you do, say and wear.

Hopefully the poor girl doesn't read trashy magazines or blogs, because I cannot imagine how horrid it must be to see unflattering photos, or some of the comments posted.

I must be dreadful to live is a fishbowl, despite the beautiful clothing and jewels.

Good on Sofia if her hair is no longer on "trend" realy women of style don't follow trends, they set trends. If Sofia has found a way of colouring her hair that she likes and it isn't "trendy" that is her business. Personally, Sophia is the only person I have ever seen that the ombre colouring looks good on.

I hope she continues to shine, and grows into her new role.

    7. yes, it really suits her. Ombre isn´t IN anymore, but she looks great with it.
Never understood why she dyed her hair so fake blue-black. She looks softer with a natural brown tone.

    8. Because it suited the crowd she used to hang out with.

  18. I love this look on her, the dress is in no way "tight" or "kim k' like. It goes well past the knee, covers up all her tattoos and doesn't reveal anything inappropriate for a church service.

    1. Yes, I agree with all saying she looks good. Her hair looks good too, she is doing well as a new royal and in her role/duties. The family seem genuine, caring and will share tips on how to, the royal way.

  19. I think that it is a fact that Sofia would look rather sexy in any kind of clothing, so I am not sure what she could very well wear NOT to look hot. A tent like in some countries?
