On July 19, 2025, Prince Albert II of Monaco celebrated the 20th anniversary of his accession to the throne with his family. The first part of his enthronement as Sovereign Prince of Monaco took place on July 12, 2005, following a three-month mourning period for his father, Prince Rainier III. Prince Albert wished to mark this milestone together with the people of Monaco, his family members, and the wider national community.
Princess Charlene, Princess Gabriella, Prince Jacques, Princess Caroline, Princess Alexandra, Princess Stéphanie, Beatrice Borromeo, Charlotte Casiraghi, Balthazar Casiraghi, Tatiana Santo Domingo, Andrea Casiraghi, Pauline Ducruet, Camille Gottlieb, and Louis and Marie Ducruet were all in attendance for the celebration of the Prince’s two decades on the throne.
Re: P Charlene. The zig-zag hem really ruins her dress for me. Otherwise, what a gorgeous color on her!
ReplyDeleteMrs Cleaver
Agreed! The simplicity of the top of the dress and color suit her but the bottom is a mess
DeleteCharlene wearing a Lovely dress, would have looked better with higher heels.
ReplyDeleteGabriella dressed as the flower girl! pretty.
A glimpse of Stephanie in a dress and heels! a miracle!
Beatrice always saving the day, dressed like royalty with a hat.
Caroline caring a smile for everybody
Everyone looks lovely, trousers on both father and son are to long and poke out and looks weird. PssC looks very good in the pink dress, good color for her. Prss G looks amazing! The flowers in her hair is beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteP Charlene looks lovely and feminine in this dress. Unusual skirt, I love the lace though not s fan of the uneven hem. Everyone looks good, nice family gathering.
ReplyDeleteHappy 20st anniversary to Prince Albert so long already on the Thron of Monaco. Nice so many family members supported the Ruler on this very special day. I love Charlene's dress, but it would have been better whit an even hem. Caroline looks lovely as well. Beatrice stunning as ever Alexandra looked lovely indeed. Gabriella seldom smiles. It seems not everyone joined in the festivities.

Note that none of the children are smiling, doesn’t mean they are not enjoying themselves just focused on something that was going on in front of them.
DeleteLet's stop noting each time Gabriella or any other child doesn't smile. They have no choice in making some public appearances, which is completely abnormal for the typical child.
The dress is pretty, lovely but not the hemline. The shoes are nice, but a heel with this dress would have looked better. The color of her dress is sublime. Carolines, pearl earrings are beautiful, the pearls are a lovely size and shape.
ReplyDeleteVince sempre Beatrice, bellissima.
Just like Charlotte of Wales with pink nail polish ai Wimbledon
DeleteIs there a correct age to wear nail polish? I occasionally wore light colors at her age. I can't see anything wrong with it. Princess Charlotte was wearing nail polish at Wimbledon. She was adorable, just as Gabriella is here.
DeletePrincess Charlene looks fabulous in this gorgeous dress, though I’m not a fan of the uneven hem. Beatrice Borromeo looks cool and elegant in spite of being pregnant, Princess Caroline is at her best with a well fitting dress and nice shoes, Princess Stephanie has dressed up for the occasion. And Princess Gabriella is just perfect.
ReplyDeleteWatching the video elsewhere, it’s a lovely family event.
ReplyDeleteThe dress on the model looks different from that on Charlene. It seems on Charlene the pink is quite different and the extra stiffness of material isn’t letting it drape like on the model. I like the dress on the model but it’s not sitting as well on Charlene. She looks great anyway and it’s great to see her in lower heels.
Delete@Anon 07:40 I agree with you both on the colour of the dress and the way it drapes on Charlene compared to the model. Those were my first thoughts as well. The draping issue could also be due to Charlene's broader hips for which this dress was not styled/designed. The skirt is flaring out more than it should, which is making the uneven hem in the front more prominent. I much prefer the way the dress looks, and the colour of it on the model.

To me the best dressed are Princess Charlene and her daughter Princess Gabriella. Contrary to many others I do like the uneven hem here, especially because it is made of lace. Gabriella is wearing a very beautiful dress and has lovely flowers in her hair. According to Rossella Princess Gabriella is wearing nail polish. By clicking on the picture I had to look twice to see a glimpse of white pearl nailpolish. So what, she is a real little girl and she likes probably a bit of nail polish because of the festive day. Nothing wrong with that. Beatrice as always over estimated. Her dress from what I can see, is too long and she is the only one with a hat. I wouldn't have worn a hat if the other female family members didn't worn one.
ReplyDeleteGreat look of Charlène, elegant and beautiful. Her sense of fashion is excellent. It's a pity that Gabriella never smiles. her brother Jacques seems to be less timid, he has gained in confidence.
ReplyDeleteThe pity is that you had to mention that she isn't smiling. Charlene has released personal photos of Gabriella on her Instagram that shows a completely different, happy, smiling little girl. She doesn't have to be comfortable on display in public settings. She will most likely adjust when she is older, providing that she doesn't find out how much she is being judged as a child.
DeleteSensational dress for Charlene ! I like it thoroughly. I do like the uneven hem. A hat for Beatrice, yes why not, there was probably a lot of sunshine, not recommended for the skin of pregnant women. Yes also to a bit of nail varnish for Gabriella on this occasion. Well done for everybody, as far as I can see.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful photo of Caroline!
ReplyDeleteEveryone followed the dress code, that's what matters. Princess Charlene has a beautiful dress and is all radiant. Of the other ladies, Princess Stephanie and Beatrice Borromeo scored for me in an elegant style.
ReplyDeleteI love Charlene's new hairstyle. But Charlotte Casiraghi - still with a hairstyle that seemed to say - "I didn't have time to style my hair, so I quickly pulled it into a bun".
And finally, I will write it in case I might be criticized for it: Every time I see Andrea - Princess Caroline's eldest son - I have the urge to immediately shave his beard and cut his hair. I have nothing against beards, but it looks (in my opinion) terribly unkempt on him,
Stephanie
What was the dress code ? I see many dresses in different styles and colours.
DeleteWow Beatrice Borromeo Casiraghi looking so beautiful and stunning! Saving the day as usual as somebody rightly remarked!
Paloma.
