Mary managed to still look good, and the white crisp blouse was a good call. However, I´m struggling a bit with the length of the skirt, which seems so popular with our royal ladies lately. That length is in no-mans-land for me, too long to be short, too short to be long. I know this is meant to be midi-length, but to me, that will forever be a length that is for gowns/evening wear only, especially in that fuller version. For a daytime event, and with a casually styled business blouse, it looks weird. <br /><br />Of the three versions presented by H&M, I can get behind the dressy version on the right (for evening wear), although the all-over green algae print is a bit much. The other two versions on the left look really bad. The mini skirt because of the combination with that blue stripey blouse (the worst possible combination really, and half-tucked as well + terrible shoes), and the dress with the t-shirt underneath and those hideous black sandals looks really silly. <br />The mini-skirt with Mary´s white blouse on the other hand, would have work really well, I think.
