Princess Charlene of Monaco published on her Instagram page three new photos of her twins, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella taken at a hairdresser salon, with the title "Our First Haircut". November 19, Sunday is Monaco National Day a.k.a. Sovereign Prince Day and the Principality prepares for the celebrations of that national day.
