  2. Nice as always but the length of the coat makes her look shorter. It's not flattering.

  3. I just can't get with the way women in the BRF wear their hats/fascinators across their forehead like that.

    1. That is hat not fascinator (> 10 cm2 base). It is so funny how different we see these things. I love these hats myself!

  4. I agree with Miracle and Maria. A bit little short would have been perfect for this classic english outfit

  5. Old fashioned from top to toe - as most of the time.

    1. Agree completely. As far as i'm concerned the duchess lately chooses the wrong clothes and mostly old fashioned. She was better in fashion a few years ago i think.

    2. Agree. My first thought was "this is matronly" (and it's a silly hat, but those hats are one of my pet peeves...).

  6. The length is perfect for the occasion. The weather has started getting windy and there is a chill this time of year.

  7. Absolutely beautiful and appropriate in color and cut. Luxurious but not over-the-top. She looks royal.

    1. Diane, I agree with you - to me it looks too "fuddy-duddy." Her face and upper torso in the photos are lovely and the blue color suits her. This dress is just too old and stiff, resembles the dress my mother wore to my wedding in 1968.

    2. Agree Hero! From waist up it is good but then it just looks odd on her. Not flattering.

  9. An extremely elegant and flattering outfit. Love the cut of the coat/dress and I like the hat very much.

  10. I like the outfit on the model who is tall and thin but Sophie is more petite and I like her better in knee length or slightly shorter dresses. She has a great figure, not too thin but just very womanly. This outfit seems to eat her up.
