Imperial Family attend Florence Nightingale Medal Ceremony

Japanese Empress Michiko, Crown Princess Masako, Princess Kiko and Princess Nobuko Asaka attended the 46th Florence Nightingale medal awarding ceremony at Prince Hotel in Tokyo on August 2, 2017. The object of this Medal is to honour nurses and nursing aides who have distinguished themselves in time of peace or war. Crown Princess Masako attended for the first time since 2003's ceremony.

  3. It is always good to see Masako attending events. Her demure suit is typical of the Japanese royal family--appropriate and very conservative. Nice color on her.
