Queen Jetsun Pema attended an event held for the disabled

Queen Jetsun Pema of Bhutan attended an event held by Ability Bhutan Society in Bhutan. The Queen launches the DVD created by Wangsel Institute which teaches communication support to families and service providers of young deaf children and contains over 300 signs, incorporating Bhutanese sign language.

  2. ZL, this was my first thougt too. Jetsun's dress is wonderful. Pitty that we see Japanese royals so rarely in kimonos.
