Princess Mary published a message on the occasion of 60th anniversary of establishment of DRC

Patron of Danish Refugee Council - DRC (Dansk Flygtningehjælps ), Crown Princess Mary published a message on the occasion of 60th anniversary of establishment of Danish Refugee Council. In the message, Princess Mary tells her works regarding the refugee crisis and states why we should raise awareness to that problem.

Crown Princess Mary gives reference to the words of a Syrian refugee in Zatari camp of Jordan who said “My biggest wish is to return home and reconstruct my country and life” and then says the following;

“The refugees state that they were forced to leave their own countries and that they want to return to the life they once owned if the conditions are provided. I am proud to be a patron of Danish Refugee Council and the operations of the council”. She also tells the works she carried out about the refugee crisis and she states that it is necessary to ensure a national agreement in order to solve that complicated problem.
