  1. This tightly pulled back hairstyle is just not flattering to her. Easy to do as she (or anyone) rushes to get dressed, but just not flattering for her face.

    1. Quite right if I may say so. This hairstyle has been damned more than enough times here I think. Apparently, CP Victoria doesn't read this blog :D And for that reason she won't read either that this outfit is a disaster. The ankle boots are nice. Her blouse lovely. Ankle lenght trousers can be so flattering. Her bag is a pretty piece. You can never be wrong with a classic, simple, not too big loop earring. The only piece that doesn't stand the trial on its own is the outdated, frumpy, unflattering blazer/jacket thing. All these pieces thrown together however make up a big, messy, ridiculously looking mistake. And did I mention she shouldn't pull back her hair so tightly?
As much as I loved Victoria's sometimes minimalist, other times a bit quirky or even avant-garde mixed with classic style before, she is turning me against herself lately, style wise :) I mean, is it just me or anyone else has the feeling she became kind of... careless? Like she would be thinking "oh I have such nice designer clothes, those should look good, no matter what". Whatever could have happened?
(Disclaimer to whom it may concern: please DO NOT come with the nonsense about being the mother to two small children and that she doesn't have time, or that priorities have shifted. We all know she is not an ordinary mum. Things like these can easily be dealt with in her position. Also, it's not personal, I like her as a person, it's about her fashion choices so I'm NOT a hater.)

    2. Outdated suit? It's a new suit from Tiger of Sweden. You may not like it, but this is the fashion right now 😉 Had she used a simple top it would have work much better. Now the shirt kills the suit and the suit is obviously to tight looking at the buttons. And this ruins the shape of the jacket.

    3. ZL I agree about the blazer. It's not feminine and ruins the whole look.
About the hair, people are boring mentioning it over and over again.
It looks good when she wears a ponytail, bun is a disaster. But I understand her because it is the easiest thing to do with difficult wavy hair.
Your comment is really one of the best.

    4. Maybe one day she will read this blog and change that horrible hair style. We are boring mentioning it so often, she is boring wearing it.

  4. NO NO NO Victoria! Nothing works!

  5. Wow, the blazer just hangs on her! Its neckline is too open, sleeves too short (or the blouse's sleeves too long). And why, oh, why a grown-up woman can't button her blazer right is a mystery to me!
I'd rather see princesses investing money in quality materials and good design. Clothes that fit fell and look good is a good investment, following all weird trends is not good. Some clothes are just better to leave in the shop!
BTW: Her skin looks a mess. Did not mind her bun with this look.
But overall a big NO from me!

    1. Seriously what's going on with her skin lately, it looks horrible. It didn't used to look like that. I wonder if she's wearing less makeup or if she's having some issues. Lately she looks so old, and before anyone starts with the "she just had a baby" excuse, please spare me. Victoria is not ugly by any means but she's been looking very unattractive lately.

  6. She might be pregnant, thats why she put on the wrong button. Blazer sleeves too long, shoes colour too light, she could use a black blazer and black boots, it would be much better

  9. Actually I like the suit in it's original look, slight seventies retro style with the bell-bottom trousers.
It would have looked great on Victoria. Unfortunately she spoiled the look with the tight cut trousers. Also the accesoires are completely wrong with the suit, bow blouse, creole earrings, suede ankle boots in a wrong clour, handbag, nothing fits together. A simple white T-Shirt or a shirt with either a high small collar with closed buttons, or a shirt in the seventies look with a pointed collar, unbottoned. Shoes would have looked better with a platform sole and block heel, rather than a pointed stiletto.

And yes, the look would have needed a looser hairstyle, low pony tail or open hair in big seventies waves, which could have been houlded back with clip.

  10. I wouldn´t have chosen the suit if I had seen it at a shop (trousers look 70s, jacket looks 80s, colour drab, sleeves and trousers too short even on the model), but her alterations made it worse. And then to combine the already drab gray colour with equally drab beige accessories? Never combine two neutral colours! A bright contrasting colour could have saved it, a little bit at least. And the hair - terrible. I also like my (long) hair out of my face, but there are a million ways to accomplish that, and she insists on this least attractive option. I don´t get it. This looks says to me: I´m uncomfortable and want to melt into the background. Or: Someone has made me wear this (someone with no style sense whatsoever), and I don´t care enough to bother discussing.

  11. Lately there is resembles between Crown Princess Victoria and Crown Princess Mette-Marit in the way they are dressing. Dull, horrible clothes, but maybe they are now tree huggers who wants to become with the spirit of the earth and universe!!??
