  2. Such a sad thing to have to commemorate, but it looks like it was a lovely memorial. On a sartorial note, I adore pillbox style hats and I think they are very flattering on Kate. The cut of her coat is very pretty, but I'm not a fan of the print. She does look beautiful and very appropriate.

  4. I think this is one of those times, you look beyond the fashion (all be it, Kate looks lovely !) and acknowledge the occasion itself ! All three are quite obviously moved by the historic significance of the commemoration.

  6. Love the retro look, and I adore pillbox hats. I don't particularly like the print of the coat, just like Rachel, but it's a neat cut, perfect lenght and looks good on her. The strangest thing, she wears the same pair of earrings she wore on Trooping the Colour and whilest at that time I thought it was very fresh, playful and youthful this time it's very different. I don't know, like it ages her. Then again, it's a perfect choice to complement the retro look.

  7. BTW isn't that Tim Laurence (Princess Anne's husband) there with them?

  8. Oh non, cette tenue est beaucoup trop vieille pour Kate. Il y a moyen d'être vêtue solennellement sans pour autant choisir un ensemble d'une autre catégorie d'âge, lire plus vieux, trop vieux.

  9. The ensemble Kate is wearing is fitting for the occasion, however I do wish she would take a lighter hand with her makeup.
