    1. What hairstyle are we referring to? Her hair is under a hat.

  5. Queen Maxima has the best facial expressions. I love this dress. It reminds me of Legos. She should wear it on her next visit to Denmark!

  6. great fashion forward! she's fearless and fun. I love it and all hats, bags and jewels to go with it, shoes, etc. what fun she has, sassy in her Latina roots which she said she would't give up. In fact she was going to try to shake some Latina fire on her husband, what a lucky guy.

  7. quelle horreur cette robe !! déjà qu'en général je n'aime pas ses vêtements mais là on a touché le fond...et pour une fois elle a fait l'impasse sur ses horribles bijoux énormes ! bref à oublier très vite

  9. She wore dress design according to the ceremony, awards for the young artists.
I like the hat, I am glad fashion is coming back from many years ago.

  10. This dress is a complete failure. Terrible colours, thin material, no fit (looking like a sack), and a design that´s best described as costume-y (or a big joke). Seeing the top part only in the first photo I thought of it as a cheap costume fit for a Mexican-themed party; the full-on photos made me think of a built-in apron, and I cannot think of any less flattering way of arranging these colour blocks (really - a bold black panel right across the bust? and a staircase leading into the armpits? and some dubious central design lacking any sort of waistline and randomly ending partway down the skirt???) I´m puzzled. And then, the whole look with the totally mis-matched hat, gloves, tights and shoes is just so bad. There´s no way to make this dress look elegant, and her attempt to do so just made everything so much worse. Save this dress for a bad-taste-party, Máxima, or dispose of it right away.

    2. To like the dress, you have to really like grasshoppers, maybe. His sensors are the red staircase at the neck.

  13. I have never been fan of her wardrobe and this dress is 'no better' but she does not seem to take herself too seriously when it comes to her fashion choices. If she has a stylist he/she should be fired. By contrast I find her evening gown choices to be stunning!

  16. What I don't understand is why she must have that clutch purse from a Danish designer which she uses all the time. Is she fishing for some attention from Denmark?

  17. For some strange reason she's always flashing that Copenhagen clutch!
