  1. She looks good but I would not dare to wear heels this high when pregnant. Also, her hairstyle is too severe despite the pony tail.

    1. I REALLY like her, but somehow she lost her spark. Her face is not youthful anymore. Maybe the not existing hairstyle? Pity....

    2. I was just thinking the same...she has lost her spark and somehow she looks so boring. Maybe she should take a rest for a while?

    3. She is pregnant, maybe with twins, three hearts are beating in her body.

    4. Sorry but this hairstyle looks very unflattering on a woman who's nearly 40s. Not that her tight buns look any better.
She should have haircut that would flatter her face more. These tightly pulled back hairdo's are not for her. Sorry, but they make her look too masculine!

    1. Well, here in Sweden we haven't heard anything about a boy.

    2. Victoria may very well have a boy, 50-50 chance of that; but I have not seen anything about them revealing the gender of their baby. Is this some sort of psychic making this prediction?

  9. This outfit is the 100% perfect shade of navy for CP Victoria -- it really makes her brown hair colour "pop". The dress is very flattering as Anon 21:12 says, and the simple large earrings really suit her face. And the ponytail :)-- well, it's made my day, because it's a step in the right direction.

  10. The colour is nice and the hairstyle is not so bad. You forgot to mention makeup, it would make her look better. Some powder would remove that shine from her forehead and eyebrow shadow would make her look younger. She should also choose mat colour of lipstick. Shiny makeup makes people look much much older.

  11. I love her whole look. First i thought she is wearing the same dress as Kate red Alexander McQueen. But it seems it is Seraphine as per your post.
I salute her strength to always smiling and doing her job at its best.

Me neither, not at all - only at gala events her hairdo is always impeccabele.
I can't understand why she looks so matronly recently at "normal" gatherings....

    2. Anonymous 12:05: I've sent in comments that did not get posted, I guess it happens everywhere.

Victoria seems to like her severe bun-hairstyle. She looks so nice in softer styles, but perhaps she just doesn't like hair in her face or fiddling with it (like a certain Duchess), she has her stylist whip it into a bun and she's off to her next appearance - or perhaps she's worn it that way so often that she can do it herself. Do royal ladies do their own hair on occasion?

She's also almost 40, so I hope she might be changing her signature hairstyle soon. None of the other princesses seem to like that harsh style for themselves.

    3. She's going to reign in Sweden so I think that she gets a pass because, although austere, her hair is uniform and predictable. I'm sure there is a balance and saving time on hair is a great way to preserve more time for her young family. There's a confidence that this uniform look exudes. She can be glamorous as she sees fit and hardworking daily- always on her time and not ours. Which is unfortunate because she has fabulous hair!

    4. I think she doesn't have a stylist every day, this hairstyle looks like she made it herself. In contrast to Mary, Mette Marit, Kate etc, she has more important role and more responsibilities so I think she considers this hairstyle convinient and doesn't care much if we like it or not. She is more a biusness woman than a fashion icon, but with much more charm than some other princesses. That's my opinion, it might not be true.

  13. Why don't she straighten up her ponytail? It would look so much better.
