Mary is still wearing black!!! Doesn't she understand that the poor and scared children want to see something more colorful? Go to Australia already!!! Europe is tired of you!

Anonymous 18:58 - Seriously? Is she supposed to dress like a clown? You sound like one of the Mary-haters over on Royal Dish.

    4. Your comment is pretty stupid, Anonymous 18.58. I don't think these little children care a rat's ass about what anyone is wearing. "Royalty" in general leaves me cold, but it's been said thousands of times: if you have nothing nice to say about someone, don't say anything at all. Joyeuses f'ètes - le père Noel ne vous gàtera probablement pas. Bon, maintenant vous pouvez me critiquer car j'ai un clavier anglais et ne trouve pas les accents circonflexes

    5. Anon, 18:58, What a bad-tempered comment. And silly too...did you even look at the photos?...almost every one of the parents/staff is wearing some black.

      Pourquoi êtes-vous si méchant?

    7. You speak for Europe? You obviously don't have children and have never been around children. It is best to wear dark colors around kids because they spill drinks, they climb all over you, they throw up, they have crayons and finger paints which they will smear on you, you get down on the floor and crawl around with them and play, etc.

Black? Really? Excuse me, but this has to be the silliest and stupidest comment this year! Do you really not think they are just to seeing their parents in black? And what about their teacher? Look at the picture...And Yes 22:31 you are so right, why that page even exist...We can only imagine what is behind the admin reason for making such a page. Why some people have the need to spew out so much hate, lies and fantasies, we can only wonder about. It shouldn't be allowed to be anonymous when you can't behave. Everybody should be forced to use their own name in such a page! See if they would write the same thing then...I guess we all know the answer to that!

The comment of Anonymous18:58 is pathetic, unintelligent and shows a complete lack of common sense . The children are the most important here and Mary show she cares.

Beautiful CP Mary working constantly! And what is her husband doing for his country? "We like working together" they said in an early interview. Seems things have changed in the marriage. Danes can be proud of this woman, she is a true leader!

Suprise suprise go in an check their calendar..he work just as much as her! We all knorw this blog writes about everything that Mary does, but nothing about Frederik or some of the other men(and so do most of the royal blogs). This blog doesn't even write about half of what other royal ladies do like Mette-Marit. She has apparently some favorits like Mary, Letizia, Maxima, Mathilde and the swedes. The other not so much...

Anonymous10:30 you are correct, I have checked the official website and CP Frederik also maintains a full schedule. I am glad to be wrong! and to see that both royals are fully engaged in service for Denmark and their many programmes.

She ought to work. Someone's got to prove to the Danes that they are getting the tax money's worth in their upkeep after all with all those designer brands. They don't come cheap. Just saying!

  6. Although I disagree with Anon 18:58 comments which I find very rude and illogical. ( It does not follow that since CP Mary wears a lot of black outfits that she is a "bad" princess and should return home.) I do think that children do love bright colors and like when their teachers and caretakers wear bright colors. When I was in school majoring in Elementary Education my teacher told me to dress in bright colors. Now that I am working in a school my students compliment the colors I am wearing all the time. Nevertheless, Mary is a hard working princess and she is bringing the spotlight to an important area. I loved how she was sitting on the ground and really interacting with the children.

I think Mary tries to do the best for her family, for the crown and for Danmark. I think she is an intelligent women and a lovely mother. No one can be appreciated in each moment of his life. It isn't a problem If same one doesn't like her. And if someone decided to critical showing his own vulgarity it's just an his own problem.

Personally I think black is versatile and elegant.

I don't think the outfit the Princess wore was inappropriate, the Jacket is bright and cheerful and it was the Princess who was engaged and engaging the children, not her clothing.

Also each item of clothing that the Princess was wearing wasn’t brand new it had been worn before. Princess Mary’s clothing, like all the other Princesses and Queens is designer clothing. Royals buy designer clothing that is nothing new, they also tend to keep their clothing for years and years (decades even, if you think of Queen Silvia and Princess Anne) and they wear their clothing repeatedly. For Royalty, those expensive price tags most probably pay long term, Palaces and grand homes also have storage space and wardrobes most of us couldn’t believe.

I would like to see the wardrobe's spaces in those palaces, homes and halls
