It is nice tradition in that walk of Royal Family for the Christmas Day church service.

    1. I agree... I also like her children. But why are Louise and James not called princess/prince? Their father is a prince, like Charles and Andrew.
      Merry Christmas to all :-)

    2. Yes because prince edward is not given the peerage of a dukedom. He is an earl and sophie is a countess. The rank of prince and princess is far higher than earl and countess. That is why louis and james are not the princess and prince of the united kingdom, instead they are lady and lord viscount severn.

    3. Her father, Prince Edward, is only an earl, not a duke. This is why.

    4. Sophie and Edward made the decision to call their children Lady Louise and Viscount Severn.

    5. I may be mistaken but I seem to remember reading that the title of Philip, Duke of Edimburgh, will pass on to Edwarsd. I find Sophie very "sympathico".

    6. He will be the Duke of Edinburgh after the death of his father, Prince Philip.

    7. Yep. Sophie looks best. Kate looks old.

  4. Merci pour les photos de la Reine Elisabeth ,surtout que ce sont de très rares photos SANS BROCHE sur le manteau ! Très belles garnitures de chinchilla ,l'une des plus douces fourrures .

  5. Her Majesty looks absolutely stunning!

I have been wondering if Duchess Catherine is pregnant again. Recently she has looked unwell and wears a high belt in this photo....

    1. You don't need to be pregnant to look unwell or to wear a high belt.

    2. Obviously. Which is why I said "I have been wondering." Yet you felt the need to type out a comeback. Get a life.

    3. You're a bully.

    4. A bully? Because I objected that the commentor @20:15 contributed nothing to the discussion (such as observations on the Duchess's attire or wellness, or her/his own observations or thoughts) and merely typed out a putdown to my conjecture?

The commenter @20:15 is the bully if there is one, it's a retort. Dare I object to it then I'm a "bully" - silly and unfounded.

If people actually thought about their comments with intelligence in order to contribute to discussion and stay on topic (my comment is not the topic, the photographs posted and the blogger's commentary is the topic) then there would be cordial discussion and not this endless flaming. I don't post comments here as fodder for bullies like yourself, but in order to discuss and to read others' thoughts as well. Grow up.

  6. This time I don't like Herr Majesty's outfit that much. The fur collar seems to strangle her.

  8. ...and I'm quite sure she wears Great Plain, an old one from 2012 in green. She has it in burgundy and obviously in green too

  10. How many Christmas services does the royal family attend? It seems are two! In the same morning! Can someone please explain me?

  12. Kate looks lovely so much more elegant with her hair taken up. Sophie is as elegant as usual, however the York sisters... what can I say, other than please consult a stylist. The shoes Beatrice is wearing are shockers, doesn't the poor girl own a mirror. The York sisters could take a leaf out of their Grandmother's book when it comes to style and grooming in my opinion.

  13. Who are the two young ladys acompiend Prince Harry ? They are not Beatrice and Uginie , beacause they dress different

    1. It is Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, but at a church service earlier in the day.

    2. So how many church services do they attend?

      Delete
    3. 2, one in the early morning and one a little bit later.

    4. Is it a Royal tradition? Or an English tradition? I'm Italian. Here we use to choose to attend the midnight service or the morning service.

    5. Obviously they like to pray!

  14. I don't like that color coat on Duchess Kate. It's very old looking. She should have bought it in a different color, or added some color underneath. I like her hair up and the hat too.

    1. She's conservative not flamboyant.

    2. I agree that the olive green color of the coat does not suit her well. The hat is less olive and more pine green, which seems to be a better compliment to her complexion.
