Queen Maxima and King Willem-Alexander welcome president of Rwanda

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of The Netherlands welcomes president Paul Kagame of Rwanda for an audience at the King’s residence De Eikenhorst in Wassenaar, The Netherlands on October 5, 2015.     Her hair is a mess.

    1. I think she needs to cut those split ends, and looks as if she is doing her own make-up but she forgot some fard and lipstic....hope is just the pictures but the nude look on make-up doesnt flattern her.
