Princess Masako and Prince Naruhito attend Tonga coronation ceremony

Crown Prince Naruhito of Japan and Crown Princess Masako of Japan attend the official coronation ceremony for King Tupou VI of Tonga and Queen Nanasipau'u at the Free Wesleyan Church on July 4, 2015 in Nuku'alofa, Tonga. (Tupou VI succeeds his brother, King Tupou V, who passed away in 2012.)
The Crown Princess will skip other events involving her husband in consideration of her condition, according to the Imperial Household Agency
The coronation service for King Tupou VI was held at the Free Wesleyan Centenary Church in the capital, Nuku’alofa
King Tupou VI of Tonga and Queen Nanasipau - The Japanese couple attended a luncheon hosted at the royal palace later in the day and chatted with Crown Prince Tupouto’a Ulukalala and other members of the Tongan royal family.

    It's good to see Masako. What a stifled and restricted life she must live, probably the worst of all the royals worldwide, and it's been terribly hard on her.

    it is good to see Masako in public. I think we cannot think how hard it must be for a free woman she used to be, and now to live in a golden cage. It must have been the love.

  5. Who is Anonymous (17:52 and 22:00) who keeps trashing Princess Masako? Why is he/she allowed to post such nasty comments on this site? I thought this was a fashion site. I highly suspect anyone who hides behind the moniker Anonymous is being untruthful and is a nasty person in life.
